The Circaid Juxtafit Essentials Arm RTW (Ready-to-Wear) is an adjustable, inelastic compression wrap designed by Medi to manage mild to severe lymphedema, lipedema, and other venous or lymphatic disorders.

The ready-to-wear armsleeve allows for quick and easy application and requires minimal adjustments without removal to help maintain required gradient compression levels. The sleeve can be worn 24 hours a day with the bands being slightly loosened for night time wear. The comfortable design gives excellent arm coverage and allows patient to manage their lymphedema while maintaining an independent lifestyle.

• Inelastic Compression: Made from a durable, skin-friendly material blend (53% nylon, 40% polyurethane, and 7% elastane) that provides high wall-stability to support fluid reduction.
• Juxtaposed Bands: Features individually adjustable, band-system closures that make independent application, removal, and readjustment quick and easy without taking the whole garment off.
• Built-in Pressure System (BPS): Comes with a BPS guide card that allows patients and clinicians to set, monitor, and reproduce specific target gradient compression levels (ranging from 10–20 up to 40+ mmHg).  Four compression levels possible in one garment: 10-20, 20-30, 30-40, and 40+ mmHg
• 24-Hour Wear Capability: Suitable for both day and night use; night bands can be slightly loosened for resting hours.
