For orders under $35.00, there the shipping is based on weight and shipping location. This is calculated before placing the order. Orders over $35.00 have the option of free shipping during checkout.
For in stock items, we normally ship within two business days. If your item(s) is not in stock, we will inform you via email when we anticipate shipping your item(s). Most items that are not in stock are shipped within 7-10 business days.
We will ship via the United States Postal Service, fedex, and UPS depending on the product ordered.

It is necessary to email us at info@adaptivedirect.com to request a RMA number. Please include the order number and item that you are requesting the RMA for. Just email us at info@adaptivedirect.com with as much information as possible (size, color, manufacture, etc.) for the item being requested. If we can get the item, we will send you a price and instructions for proceeding with the purchase is so desired.
Sorry, we do not accept insurance. However, most insurance will reimburse your medical expenses if you provide them the invoice that is sent to you when you place your order.
