We offer a $15 flat-rate domestic shipping for all orders under $75. Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping.
In-stock items ship within two business days. If your item(s) is not in stock, we will contact you to provide the anticipated ship date of your item(s). Most items that are not in stock are shipped within 7-10 business days.
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping outside of the USA at this time.
We are able to process returns for most of the items available through Adaptive Direct. To begin processing your return, contact us at [email protected] to request an RMA number. Do not contact company on the packing list as they are the shipping distributor and can’t process a return for you. Return shipping cost is the customers responsibility. Once we receive the return, we will refund the original purchase price, minus shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. If the item(s) you are looking for is not listed on our website, you can contact us at [email protected] for help. Please include as much information regarding the item(s) as possible (size, color, manufacture, etc.) If we can provide the item(s), we will contact you regarding the steps to proceed with your order.
Adaptive Direct does not accept insurance and is unable to bill your insurance company as we are not a medical provider. However, your insurance company may reimburse you for your medical expenses if you provide them with an invoice for your order. A copy of your invoice is sent to the email provided when you place your order.

Our system send emails automatically to the address that was entered. A possible reason for not receiving an email is the address was spelled wrong or the spam filter settings blocked it.
Your email confirmation of the order is the sales invoice.
